His Word is Truth

Devotions:

        “Sanctify them in the truth; Your word is truth.”  ‭John‬ ‭17:17‬ ‭NASB‬‬

        We must be convinced that God's word is truth.  Romans 3:4 says that God's word is true.  God's word is absolutely true.  That means that it will work everytime we put our faith in what He has said.  If we are believing for healing we should see healing every time.  God does not do a sometime job but He always keeps His word for those who will believe Him.

        If you are believing God for finances then we must know that He will come through everytime, His word is absolute and works everytime.  It works for everyone who will believe what He has said to the point of acting like what He has said is true even when the circumstances say the complete opposit.  In the face of pain and fatigue we stand and say that "Jesus took my sickness adn bore my diseases and by His stripe we were healed.  We say this because we have meditated on these scriptures until we are totally convinced that what God has said is true. 

        We put preassure on His word because we know without the shadow of a doubt that He cannot fail and He will do what He has said.  When we need money we look to His word in Philippians 4:19 that says that God supplies our every need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.  We stand praising Him looking only to His word and listening to His spirit for our next step.  We do not look to people but we know that God uses people. 

        The word is absolutely true but it must be in our hearts and on our tongues.  His word must abide in us, and be alive in us for it to produce but it will produce. 

        When we walk in the word we walk in His holiness and are marked for His blessing. It is His word that does the work when we believe it.
