God's Love

Devotions:

      “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."  Romans‬ ‭5:8‬ ‭KJV‬‬

      “And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.”  ‭Romans‬ ‭5:5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

        The greatest revelation is that God loves us even when we were sinners. Paul says that the work of the Holy Spirit is to bring that revelation to our hearts.  When we are secure in His love, then we will confident about healing and provision, about protection and deliverance.  As the Holy Spirit reveals God's love to us then we will not be ashamed that is we will be confident that when we ask, we will have those needs meet. When we have a confident expectation of good based on His love. 

        God demonstrated His love for us while we were yet sinners how much more now that we are His sons?  When we become rooted and grounded in His love for us our faith soars to heavenly heights.  We demonstrate His love to a hurting and dying world by first experiencing His love for us inspite of our circumstances and then being able to bring that provision to a people in need. 

        “But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,”

‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

        Meditate on His love for us and see how much your faith grows and His blessings towards you.
