Spirit Guide

Devotions:

      Our success comes from finding out what God wants to do and do it.  God always succeeds at everything. God wants to share with us the success that He has. He does this by the inner witness of the Holy Spirit within us. As we put priority on the leading of the Spirit we must be willing to think outside of our box. We are such a people of habit that we readily chose to go the familiar path. Our preconceived ideas can usurp the leading of the Spirit. Many times the Spirits leading does not necessarily make sense to our rational mind. That is why we must be certain of the inner witness. Today, God leads not by prophecy but by the inner witness of the Spirit. He speaks to each of us about our situations. He will not lead me for you. He will lead you for you. When someone prophecies to you it should bear witness in your spirit that it is true. It is something God is already talking to you about so the prophecy just confirms what the Spirit is already saying to you.

      “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:”
