The Humble Receive

      “Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:”

‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭5:5-7 KJV

        Nothing that we have or can do comes from ourselves.  All comes from God. So if we can do better than someone else we need to acknowledge that it was God that that gave us the ability. God gives the gifting as He wills.

We must recognize that our finances are from Him. He is no respecter of persons, His finances are available to all. Our health is of Him and on the cross Jesus paid for all of our healing. When we cloth ourselves with humility, acknowledging that all things good come from God, then we do not see ourselves as superior to anyone else.  We also look to God for His grace and He will abundantly supply. Whatever you need, humble yourself, ask and look to Him and He will supply.
