Confident

Devotions;
“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:”. Philippians 1:6 KJV
Paul was confident in the Holy Ghost in the believer, that the Holy Ghost would continue to work and conform the believers to the image of Christ. Here says nothing about their work only the Holy Ghost. We need to be confident in the Holy Ghost within ourselves desiring and doing in and through us that which is pleasing in His sight. The more we learn about the leading of the Holy Spirit in our lives the more we can coorperate with Him. Even so inspite of our failings, we still must be confident of His working in us.
Next we must believe in the Holy Spirit in other believers, even when they are in sin. God is still in them working with them to get them out of sin. When we believe in the Holy Ghost in others, then when we see them in sin, we immediately begin praying for them, knowing that the Holy Spirit will work even more in them as we pray. In praying we give thanks to God for what He has done in them, they are born again, they are the righteousness of God in Christ, He delivered them from the kingdom of darkness and transferred them to the kingdom of the Son of His love, He forgave all their sins, sin no longer has dominion over them. This is the direction of our prayers. In doing this we are agreeing with the Holy Spirit and where two or more agree, God will act.
Make Philippians 1:6 your confession about yourself,throughout the day and let build the confidence in you of His mighty miracle working power working in you to do His good work.
