God's Love

Devotions:

        “And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.”  ‭1 John‬ ‭4:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

        The good news of the gospel is the love of God for His creation.  God loved us so much that He I did not leave us is sin and degredation.  The enemy is continuously trying to convince us that our Heavenly Father does not love us but is angry with us and wants to punish us.  The enemy deceived Eve into thinking that God had limitations on His love for her.  Satan is continuously lies to us about our Father.

        John says that we need to know and believe the love God has for us.  We need to choose to believe what the word of God says about God's love that He freely demonstrated to us.  We do not wait to feel His love but we accept and act like that love is real.  The more we act like His love is real, the more we will build our feelings to follow.  In the have times when things are going rough we stand and praise God for His love for us.  His love demonstrates His goodness to us.  He is not a mean, cruel Father but a very loving and generous Father.  When the devil sends persecutions and afflictions to try to convince you that your loving Heavenly Father does not really love you, speak out in faith that you are His favorite child.  You are highly favored, greatly blessed and deeply loved.
