In Him

Devotions:

Oour salvation is because we are in Christ not because how we act.  It is all becasue how Jesus acted.  He was totally obedient to the Father. In the Old Testament their salvation was based on their actions.  That was the law, if you acted right, you were blessed, if you disobeyed, judgement fell on you.  God has provided a better way in the New Covenant.  Our salvation relies totally upon Jesus and what He did and what He does in us.  Jesus is our standing before the Father.  Some will ask, "What about our behavior?"  The Father and Jesus has taken care of that as well.  When we receive Jesus we are born again God gives us a new nature that delights to do His will.  We still have our flesh to contend with and to get our soul transfrormed. But our flesh cannot keep us out of the presence of the Father, it cannot steal our salvation.  Jesus grace is greater than any sin that we have. We are in control of our flesh through the power of the Spirit.  We are in Jesus and He is in us and Jesus is in the Father. Even when we sin, Jesus is still in us.  In the Old Covenant the Holy Spirit came and went but .....“And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;"  ‭John‬ ‭14:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Our souls are transformed by coming in to His presence.  The main way that this happens is through our praise and thanksgiving which will result in worship. In the manifestation of His presence we experience His love. The more we experience His love, the more that is all that we want, it is the only thing that satisfies. Our whole salvation, healing, deliverance, prosperiety, wholeness are becasue we are in Jesus and they are already an accomplished fact.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:”  ‭Ephesians‬ ‭1:3‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Everything that we see in the natural came out of the spiritual realm. Faith is what God used to create everything. We by faith then bring from the grace of God into the natural realm all the blessings that God has provided for us.
