God's Word

Devotions:

        “"For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, And do not return there without watering the earth And making it bear and sprout, And furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.”  ‭Isaiah‬ ‭55:10-11‬ ‭NASB‬‬

        As we take our stand on the word of God we know that what God has said it true, is true.  What purpose that God sent His word for will be accomplished.  The ultimate word is Jesus and He accomplished all of the will of the Father in our total redemption.  Jesus restored everything  that the enemy had stolen from us. 

        Jesus said that God's word is truth and everything that opposes it is a lie.  God has sent forth His word to bless us and set us free from all the work of the enemy which satan meant to destroy us. 

        “For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”  ‭Hebrews‬ ‭4:12‬ ‭NASB‬‬

        The word of God is alive, actively achieving what the Father spoke, creating what He has spoken. When we align ourselves totally with God's word then we receive the fruit of the word.
