Free Salvation

Devotions:
Salvation free to all! That is the message that we have to proclaim. There is no disqualification but it is available even the most dastardly sinner, to the most evil and sinister person. God's love reaches out to them and entices them to come to Him for salvation. We are His voice, His hands and feet but we must work with the Holy Spirit who is in us and upon us. This is the mandate that all Christians have to proclaim the good news to those who have never heard and to disciple those who are new in the family. Paul says in Ephesians 4 that there is one body. We are that body in relation with everyone who is born of Him. A sane person does not go around sticking a knife in his hand just because he did not do something perfectly. Even so we are not to speak evil of one another even when the other person does something wrong. We are to pray for each other and to bless each other and if there is an issue of sin that needs to be dealt with we need to go to the person as the Holy Spirit leads and confront them in love.
“There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all....
but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.” Ephesians 4:4-6, 15-16 NASB
The aim is not to rebuke but to restore, not to be judgmental but to bring wholeness and healing. Salvation is wholeness in every area of our lives. We receive this in our spirits when we are born again and as we receive revelation of who we are in Christ our souls are transformed. Our bodies will be changed at the appearing of Jesus. All of these are the work of God and the manifestation of His love for us. As we walk as the body of Christ but the power of His eternal life in us the world will come to see and be saved.
