Power Of The Word Of God

Devotions:
Every word of God has within it the power to fulfill it. That is why Paul says that the Gospel is the power of God unto salvation, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. Salvation is more than going to heaven. It is getting heaven here and now in our day to day lives. As we believe what God has done on our behalf and confess it as real, which it is, then we will see it produce in our lives. We do not have God's provision because we do not know, believe or confess it as truth. This works for every area of salvation. We believed what Jesus did, confess it with our mouths and it became a reality and we were born again. When we believe that by His stripe we were healed, confess it and act like it is already real, we will see the reality every time. When we do not see the reality it is because we either do not believe that it is a finished work in God or we are not confessing what we believe or not acting like it is real.
“So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”
Isaiah 55:11 KJV
“For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Romans 10:10 KJV
So the power unto salvation is in your heart, believing it and in your mouth. Believe, confess it and act like it is already yours.
