Righteousness

Devotions:

        When you know that you are the righteousness of God in Christ then your whole approach to life totally changes.  You know that whatever you pray for, in line with His will, you will receive and there is no sweat in the waiting.  You know that you have the intimacy in fellowship even when your feelings do not seem to line up.  In your righteousness you are master over sickness and disease.  You have no fear of the enemy, he is already defeated.  You know that your faith words create reality so you are very careful in what you say.  You have absolute mastery over the elements as you need to, even the wind and the seas obey Him, said of Jesus.  Sin no longer has a hold on you because you know that you have died to sin.

        This revelation comes as we diligently seek the Lord and meditate on His word until it becomes the dominate picture on our imagination.  Every time you close your eyes you see yourself standing before the indescribly powerful, awesome creator of the universe and He turns to you and kindly says, what do you want my son.  There is no fear, cringing, shame, condemnation, failure or defeat in you.  Shen the enemy tries to bring up past failures you apply the word of God.

        “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

Who shall bring any charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us.”  ‭Romans‬ ‭8:1, 33-34‬ ‭ESV‬‬

        “For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.”
