Trust in God's Word

Devotions:

      “He who gives attention to the word will find good, And blessed is he who trusts in the LORD.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭16:20‬ ‭NASB

        God's word is a revelation of what He longingly waits to do for us.  He wants to bless us and has already made all the provisions necessary to do just that.  He is waiting for us to reach out in faith and receive the fullness of His blessings for us.  He has told us that He has already delivered us from the enemy who would destroy us.  All the evil that has come upon the earth came through Adam believing the enemy, Satan, over God and introducing sin into the world system.  But in Jesus all of that has been redeemed and reversed but we must receive it by faith. 

        “For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "BUT THE RIGHTEOUS man SHALL LIVE BY FAITH."”

        God requires to to believe in Him and His good blessings that He has for us. He wants a relationship based on faith and trust.  Adam chose to believe a lie over the truth that had demonstrated to him.  God asks us to believe the truth over the witness of the seen world which still lies in the hands and power of the enemy.  When we give attention to the word of God and believe in His love for us we will find good.  Only. God is good and there is no other good outside of Him.  Believe and trust in Him and be blessed.
