Devotions:

“What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” ‭Romans‬ ‭8:31-32‬ ‭KJV‬‬

If we look at what is happening in the world with the rise of evil in things like Isalm, atheism, witchcraft and other things we can become very discouraged and depressed.  But when we know that God is for us and not aginst us and God has already defeated our enemy, Satan, then what do we have to fear.  God has won the victory over all evil and given us the victory.  We must first know this and know that the way that we walk in the victory that God won for us is to walk in His word.  We must fight the spiritual warfare using the words of God believing in our heart and speaking it without mouth.  We speak out the words that pertain to the specific attack coming against us even as Jesus did in Matthew 4.  He always answered Satan with "It is written." This is to be our response.  We must find the promises that  addresses our situation, meditate on those promises and begin to speak what those promises say.  It is according to our faith that we will receive results and when we begin to speak our faith level is not very high but as we speak the word it increases our faith.  Paul said to fight the good fight of faith.  We fight that fight through faith words spoken by us, not just thoughts but words spoken.  Our faith is released by the words that we speak. We have confidence in God's word that it will manifest the victory.

“For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” ‭Isaiah‬ ‭55:10-11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For with God nothing is ever impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment.” ‭Luke‬ ‭1:37‬ ‭AMPC‬‬
