Victory

Devotions:

We have a very dangerous enemy, Satan. he uses our authority against us to defeat us. He tries to get us into fear and doubting our God. He wants us to doubt God’s love for us and look to our own ability. But we already have the victory in Christ Jesus. This victory is by faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross and in His resurrection. The devil is very persuasive and deceptive and not a force to be reckoned with in our own strength. When we do we are defeated every time and we end up in bondage.

God has given us His word to tell us what is our inheritance. When we know what is ours then we will not allow the enemy steal it from us. We must be established in the word of God as the truth as opposed to all other witnesses.

“Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”
