Believing The Truth

Devotions:

          We have not been trained to treat the.word of God for what it is, the word of God. God cannot lie so His word is truth.

“God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, And mightest overcome when thou art judged.”

‭‭Romans‬ ‭3:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

We must know that every other word that contradicts God‘s word is a lie. God says that we are the healed but a doctor says that we have a disease that will kill us. The sickness is true, it will kill us if we allow it but the lie is that it has the right to be in our body. 

When we train ourselves to believe God’s word then we start paying attention to what God says in His word. His word becomes something that we can count on and base our life on even when in the natural the opposite seems true. It does not matter what the most emanate specialist says, we have inside information, God’s word and God cannot lie. We must make a choice to believe His word above all else. We also then should study and meditate on His word to know the truth because only knowing the truth will set us free. Everything else keeps us in bondage to the devil.

“Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
