God’s Provision

Devotions:

        Mankind is the whole reason for creation. Humans are the crown of God’s work.  We were created in the image and likeness of God. As the focal point of God’s creation, God has made us the head of that creation. Adam sinned and yielded the authority to Satan. Jesus came as a man took all the authority back, then He gave it to His body.

          “Jesus approached and, breaking the silence, said to them, All authority (all power of rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,”

          The enemy has kept us from the reality of our position with our Heavenly Father and His great love for us. Satan has lied to us about our position with our Father and our authority. We sit around begging God to move on our behalf instead of standing on our authority in Him. Our authority is rooted in God’s will, not our own will. God has already provided everything we need in abundance

          “For His divine power has bestowed upon us all things that [are requisite and suited] to life and godliness, through the [full, personal] knowledge of Him Who called us by and to His own glory and excellence (virtue).” ‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭1:3‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

          We do not have to beg God for what we need,  we just to receive our needs met by faith. All we need is provided by His grace.

“Through Him also we have [our] access (entrance, introduction) by faith into this grace (state of God's favor) in which we [firmly and safely] stand. And let us rejoice and exult in our hope of experiencing and enjoying the glory of God.”
