His Loving Kindness Fills The Earth

Devotions:

“For the word of the LORD is right; And all his works are done in truth. He loveth righteousness and judgment: The earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.”

‭‭Psalm‬ ‭33:4-5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The psalmist starts out by saying that God’s word is true. That means that anything, any word that contradicts God’s word is a lie. A lie gains its strength by people believing it and speaking it, but it is still a lie and ultimately will be shown to be a lie. We must train ourselves to take God’s word as the absolute, final authority in our lives even when physical circumstances seem to say the opposit. Physical circumstances can change in a moment but God’s word never changes and last forever. God loves righteousness and justice so everything that He does is in total truth.

So secondly, the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. Whatever we need we do not have to call it down from heaven, it is right here with us now. Moreover His presence is here with us all the time. He is the abundant provider. He cannot deny Himself. We just need to know His presence with us and call upon His name to receive what we need. The more that we receive from Him the more that we are conformed to His likeness in our souls. His criteria is that we believe on Jesus. Jesus is the love of God in manifestation. Believe in His love for you.
