Freely Taste The Father’s Love For You

“O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.” ‭John‬ ‭17:25-26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Jesus is the perfect manifestation of God the Father. He came to reveal the Father to us. Since the fall of Adam the truth about God had been obscured. Sin and sin consciousness had hidden the reality of God and His great, unfathomable love for us. The enemy sold us a lie, that God hated us because we were sinners. But God loves us in spite of who we are . Who we are is self destructive and God wants to transform us by His love to walk in harmony with the universe. This harmony with the universe is to walk in love with everyone.

In the Old Testament, God’s judgement was restrained as much as it could be, by the mercy of God and people interceding for those who did follow God. We cannot presume on His love and mercy but we can abide in it. this is what glorifies God, when we freely partake of His goodness and mercy and demonstrate His goodness to a world that has been deceived by the enemy.
