God's Glory, God's Goodness

Devotions:
“For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." Romans 8:18 KJV
“And he said, I beseech thee, shew me thy glory. And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy.”
Exodus 33:18-19 KJV
Paul says that the most that we can suffer here on earth cannot compare to the glory that is to be shown us. God told Moses that His glory was His goodness and that no one could see the fullness of His goodness and live. We cannot imagine the full extent of the goodness of the Lord. There is nothing here that we can compare it with. Even our best day here on the earth cannot compare with the goodness of the Lord. God is waiting to lavish his goodness upon us. God is 100% goodness. There is no evil in Him. We are tainted with evil so that taints the glasses that we see everything from. Jesus when He was on the earth demonstrated the Father's goodness in everything He did and said.
Our God is good and His mercies endure forever. Without His goodness and mercies we would perish in an instant. There is no evil in Him.
“This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.” 1 John 1:5 KJV
