Living with Eternity in Mind

Devotions:

      What purpose do you live. If it is just St for the temporal gratification of the flesh the you are living shallow lives with no real purpose. Our lives here on earth are so short and yet they are so important for our eternity.  We have a chance to empact eternity with the Lord's help or we can waste it away in empty pursuits.  Satan has surrounded us with lying vanities that if we believe we will dissipate our lives. 

        God has given us the opportunity to live with eternity in mind so that we are not waiting for eternity to start but it starts when we receive Jesus.  We have been called to host the presence of our God here on the earth and it is of greatest honor to us.  We no longer live for ourselves but we live for Him and through Him to reach humanity.  We have the opportunity to be taught by Him as our hearts cry out, O, God teach me the wonders of the universe.  O, God I want to know you.  You realize that life without Him is just a bag of cheap tricks but life with Him is rich and fulfilling.  It is not a hard thing to walk with God as long as we keep our eyes fixed on Him.

        “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” ‭Psalms‬ ‭16:11‬ ‭KJV‬‬
