“Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.”
Romans 14:4 KJV
“Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge." James 4:11 KJV
“And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.”
Acts 9:3-5 KJV
When we judge each other we are thanking the place of God. Only God has the right to judge and He already paid the price for our sins and misdoings. When we judge and speak evil of each other we are speaking evil of Jesus. When we speak evil of each other we are cultivating division in the body of Christ and we are trying to put ourselves above others. All that we are, we are because of Jesus. Paul says that we have been crucified with Christ, nevertheless we live yet not I but Christ lives in me. We are new creations, recreated in His image and likeness. We must train ourselves to see ourselves and all others in Christ as new creations. When we focus on each other's flaws then we become instruments of the enemy creating strife and division in the body of Christ. We should always seek to speak good about each other, cover the rest with prayer that God would give revelation and strength. Let no evil, corrupt communication come from your mouth.
