As In Heaven, So On Earth

Devotions:

      “For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭119:89‬ ‭KJV‬‬

      “And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭16:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

      “Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭18:18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

        The passages from Matthew 16 and 18 should read what ever you bind on earth shall have already been bound in heaven and what ever you loose on earth shall already have been loosed in heaven.  So we need to look to heaven to see what we have authority to bind and loose.  God is in absolute control in heaven and Jesus told us in Matthew 6:10 to pray that His kingdom would come to earth and His will would be done on earth as it is in heaven.  God's word is already settled in Heaven so when we see that Jesus fulfilled the scriptures by healing all who came to HIm and He is the same today as He was in Bible times then. We can bind sickness and disease and loose divine health.  With confidence we can say that He supplies all my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. His word is settled in heaven so as we give we expect it to be given unto us, good measure, press down, shaken together and running over, because that is what the word says.  That is what is in heaven, no lack, no want all walking in perfect health, no calamiities.  What is heaven like? That is what we are to enforce on earth with all of heaven backing us.
