Rejoicing In Him

 February 14, 2018

Devotions:

We daily rejoice inb the goodness of the Lord all day long and we will continually experience His goodness in our lives.  When we consciousness choose to believe God and to believe about His goodness towards us then we walk by faith along the patch of His goodness. When the enemy comes and tries to knock us off of the path of God's goodness towards us is the time that we praise Hod even more fearoishly. God's word never changes. Our circumstances change all the time but when we choose to believe God's word and praise Him for it we will change our circumstances rather than be victims of our circumstances.  Sometimes it takes radical praise of God because He has already given us the answer by the sacrifice of Jesus.  We do not necessarily see the answer with our physical eye but we are to see it with our eye of faith.  We are to ever behold God and Jesus before us and not look to our circumstances.  We are to be assured of God's promises and that Gdo does not lie, what He has said, He will do.  We have the deciding say in the matter of our lives and if we believe, our words will move mountains.

We praise the Lord for His goodness and mercy given to us by the redemption that is in Christ Jesus and we speak to our circumstances commanding them to line up with our redemption that Jesus provided.

“Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”

‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭1:1-4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”

‭‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5:16-18‬ ‭KJV‬‬
