The Great Catch

      God has given us the privilege of working with Him. Jesus told us to go into all the world and preach the gospel to all men. Many who try are unfruitful or produce very little fruit because they are operating under their own power.

      “And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.” Luke‬ ‭5:5-6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

      In the natural realm the disciples worked all night fishing and caught nothing and they were professional fishermen. But when Jesus appeared and told them where to cast their nets, when they obeyed they caught a net breaking load of fish. Jesus wants us to catch a net breaking load of men. We must do as the disciples did and listen to Jesus. What He tells us to do may seem improbable but at His word we will cathc a net breaking load. Jesus is the one building His church and as we listen to His directions we will see the increase, we will bring forth fruit.

      “Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God." ‭‭Romans‬ ‭7:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬
